A web-based e-mail marketing service used to create e-mail newsletters and announcements (called campaigns) that manages your client e-mails (database) and provides detailed reports of those campaigns.
Features:
1. Ready-made templates or advanced editor for customized designs (which I create) 2. E-mail Database: Import your own list and also add signup to web site for automatic entry. Categories divide subscribers into areas of interest that you predetermine. Subscribers can easily remove themselves from the database from any e-mail they receive. 3. No limit on the number of e-mails that can be sent. 4. Real time reporting. See the number of e-mails attempted, successfully delivered and opened. Also see the number of click throughs and WHO did the clicking. (Especially helpful is being able to see which subject lines enticed your audience to open the mail and click through to the site and which did not.)

60-day free trial period for up to 100 subscribers. Thereafter, a monthly fee is payable to Constant Contact based on the number of subscribers as listed below. You will need to provide a credit card number to be billed accordingly each month.

Set Up: $175 Includes:
1. Set Up Constant Contact account. 2. Set up/Customized sign up form. 3. Create auto reply letter for each signup from the web site. 4. Set up/Customized Send Individual Page to a Friend Form. 5. Create E-mail That Friend Receives from #4. 6. Set up/Customized Forward (e-mail) to Friends Form. 7. Create E-mail Text Friends Receive from #5. 8. Create E-mail Template to Complement Web site--A *Look* for all E-mail Campaigns. 9. Import your current mailing list from a text document. (Data entry to compile your mailing list is billed at $30/hr.) **You will be given the opportunity to approve each of the above.
Monthly: $75 *Up to 3 hours of time to send as many e-mails as you'd like. Can be a campaign to the full database or just specific categories. Over 3 hours billed at $30/hr.
*Generally, as I am essentially building a web page that is used for the e-mail campaign, time spent is an hour per. However, if only minor changes are made, text or a photo can be updated fairly quickly.
